Returns

For products purchased from our online store, email us with model name, date purchased, and the problem and we will arrange repair or replacement if product is deemed to be faulty.

Exchanges

Exchanges are permitted for up to 30 days from purchase, provided the product is still in brand new condition and in its original packaging. Freight costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Refunds are permitted for up to 30 days from purchase on full priced purchases, provided the product is still in brand new condition and in its original packaging. Freight costs for refunds are the responsibility of the customer.
